1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of IntelliSize ("the App"), developed and operated by the IntelliSize team ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Resell or sublicense access to the App

3. Subscriptions & Payments

IntelliSize offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of any subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

4. Free Tier & Usage Limits

The free version of IntelliSize includes a daily usage allowance. We reserve the right to adjust the limits of the free tier at any time. Pro subscribers are not subject to usage limits during an active subscription period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to the name "IntelliSize", the app icon, UI design, and code — is the intellectual property of the developers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Your photos remain your own. We claim no ownership over images you process using the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We are not responsible for any loss of data. We recommend keeping backups of your original images before processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
