IntelliSize processes all photos entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your images or personal data to any server.

1. Information We Collect

IntelliSize is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect minimal information to operate the app:

Photos: Images you select are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
Usage data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g. crash reports via Apple's built-in reporting) to improve the app. This data cannot identify you personally.
Purchase information: Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not receive your payment details.

2. How We Use Information

Any data we receive is used solely to:

Operate and improve the IntelliSize app
Fix bugs and diagnose technical issues
Verify active subscriptions through Apple's StoreKit

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. On-Device Processing

All image resizing, compression, and format conversion is performed locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's native frameworks. Your photos never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export them yourself.

The AI Chat feature (available on iOS 18.1+ with Apple Intelligence, the minimum required version) also runs entirely on-device using Apple's Foundation Models framework.

4. Third-Party Services

IntelliSize uses the following Apple-provided services:

StoreKit / App Store: For managing subscriptions. Apple's privacy policy applies to all purchase transactions.
Apple Intelligence / Foundation Models: On-device AI features. No data is sent to external servers.

We do not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking frameworks.

5. Data Retention

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Any crash logs held by Apple are subject to Apple's own data retention policies.

6. Children's Privacy

IntelliSize does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not contain content directed at children and does not require account registration.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
